The elections for the student representatives of undergraduate and graduate programs will be held according to the below calendar. The applications for candidacy will be done to the department secretariat. The conditions for being a candidate can be found in the related directives which are here.
Application days: October 10-14, 2016
Announcement of the official candidates: October 15, 2016
Three-Round Elections:
October 19, 2016 - First round: 60% of students are required to attend for a decision.
October 20, 2016- Second round: 50% of students are required to attend for a decision.
October 21, 2016- Third round: Decision will be made for any number of attendees. The candidate with the most number of votes is elected.
