This course aims to improve oral presentation techniques. Practical exercises include preparing and delivering presentations, answering questions, and more.

Introduction to Bağlama

Başlangıç düzeyinde bir ders.  Bağlamada notalar, temel vuruşlar, akort, ve başlangıç düzeyde türküler işleniyor.  Bu ders için uzun sap bağlama gerekir. HAMER’de 15 kadar bağlama mevcut—halen sağlam iseler bu bağlamalar kullanılabilir.  Ancak bağlamayı eve götürmek mümkün olmaz.  Daha önce bir bağlama kursuna gidip de Neşet Ertaş’tan bir türkü çalmayı öğrenenlere diğer bağlama dersi önerilir.

A beginner-level course. It covers notes, basic beats, tuning, and beginner folk songs on the bağlama. This course requires a long-neck bağlama. HAMER has approximately 15 bağlamas—these can be used if they are still in good condition. However, it is not possible to take the bağlama home. Another bağlama course is recommended for those who have previously taken a bağlama course and learned to play a folk song by Neşet Ertaş.

The Short Story

Bir edebî tür olan kısa öykü dersinde “Stories of My Life” kitabından 10 ünite işlenir.  Kalan sürede de Amerikan yazarların kısa öyküleri işlenir.  Amaç okuma becerilerini ve kelime haznesini iyileştirmektir.

In the short story course, a literary genre, 10 units from the book "Stories of My Life" are covered. The remaining time is devoted to short stories by American authors. The goal is to improve reading skills and vocabulary.
