DIŞ ÜNİVERSİTELERDEN DERS ALMA İLKELERİ

“Fakülte Yönetim Kurulu’nun 02 Haziran 2025 ve 21/1-f sayılı kararı ile güncellenmiştir.”

İlgili yarıyılda (yaz okulu dahil) ilgili bölümde veya üniversitemizin bir başka bölümünde eşdeğeri açılmamış olan bir ders, aşağıda belirtilen koşullarda, başka bir üniversiteden alınabilir.

1. Sadece 200 AKTS’yi başarılı olarak tamamlamış öğrenciler güz ve bahar yarıyıllarında dış üniversiteden ders alabilir. Yaz okulunda AKTS sınırı aranmaz.
2. Dış üniversiteden alınacak dersin içeriği bölüm ders içeriğiyle en az %75 örtüşmelidir. Bunun yanında 
   • 2024-25 Güz yarıyılı öncesinde birinci sınıfa başlayan öğrenciler için eşdeğer sayılacak dersin yerel kredisinin en az %65’ine eşit olması gereklidir.
   • 2024-25 Güz yarıyılı ve sonrası birinci sınıfa başlayan öğrenciler için AKTS kredisinin en az %75’ine eşit olması gereklidir.

Yerel kredinin %65’i ve AKTS kredisinin %75’i hesaplandığında küsuratlı rakamlar buçuktan küçükse alta, buçuktan büyükse üste tamamlanır. (Örnek: 5,35 ise 5 AKTS olarak, 5,60 ise 6 AKTS olarak hesaba katılacaktır).

3. Güz ve Bahar Yarıyıllarında Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi Önlisans, Lisans Öğretim ve Sınav Yönetmeliği Madde 14/1’de,  Yaz okulunda ise Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi Yaz Okulu Yönetmeliği Madde 6/4’de ve Geçici Madde 1’de belirtilen kredi üst sınırları aşılamaz. Aşılması durumunda dış üniversiteden alınacak/alınmış ders(ler) Fakülte Yönetim Kurulu Kararıyla silinir. 
4. Dış üniversiteden alınacak ders, ilgili yarıyılda alınan bir başka ders ile çakışamaz. Öğrenci aynı gün içerisinde farklı illerdeki üniversitelerden ders alamaz. (Uzaktan eğitim ile sınırlı kalmak koşulu ile çakışma olmaması durumunda alınabilir.) Aynı şehirdeki üniversitelerden ders alabilmesi için iki ders programı arasında en az 1 saat boşluk olması gerekir.
5. Mühendislik Araştırmaları grubu dersler ile tasarım dersleri dış üniversitelerden alınamaz.
6. Türkçe dilinde öğretim veren bölümlerin öğrencileri dış üniversitelerden Türkçe dilinde veya İngilizce dilinde açılan bir dersi alabilir. İngilizce dilinde öğretim veren bölümlerin öğrencileri ise kendi bölümde İngilizce dilinde açılan dersi dış üniversitelerden sadece İngilizce dilinde açılan derslerden alabilir.
7. Dış üniversiteden alınması talep edilen ders için öğrenci bölüm başkanlığına başvuru yapar. Dersin öğretim elemanı ve bölüm başkanlığının ön onayından sonra ders alma talebi ilgili yönetim kuruluna iletilir. Yönetim kurulu kararı alınmadan öğrenci dış üniversiteden ders alamaz.
8. Öğrenciler dış üniversitelerden  öğrencilik süresi boyunca  güz ve bahar yarıyıllarında en fazla üç ders alabilirler. Yaz okulunda alınacak dersler bu sayıya dahil değildir.
9. Herhangi bir nedenle (ilgili dersin açılmaması veya almaktan vaz geçilmesi vb.) dış üniversitede derse kayıt olunmaması halinde  öğrenci, iki hafta içinde, ders alma kararının iptali için Fakülte Dekanlığına, bir dilekçe ile başvurmak zorundadır.

Başvuru formu  (Başvuru formuyla dersin kredisi ve içeriğini gösteren bilgi formları ve haftalık ders programını da bölüm başkanlığına--elektronik ortamda--iletmeniz işleri kolaylaştıracaktır. ) 

A student may take a course from other universities under the following conditions:

1. Minimum 200 ECTS credits must be completed to apply for Fall and Spring Semesters.  For summer school, there is no such requirement.
2. The content of the course to be taken from an external university must overlap with the departmental course content by at least 75%. In addition,
   For students starting their first year before the 2024-25 Fall semester, the equivalent course credit must be equal to at least 65% of the local credit.
   For students starting their first year in the 2024-25 Fall semester and after, it must be equal to at least 75% of the ECTS credit.
   When 65% of the local credit and 75% of the ECTS credit are calculated, the fractional numbers are rounded down if they are less than half, and up if they are greater than half. (Example: 5.35 will be counted as 5 ECTS, and 5.60 will be counted as 6 ECTS).
3. The credit limits for registration during the regular semesters and summer school--as indicated in the applicable regulations of ESOGU--should not be exceeded.  Else, the non-ESOGU course will be dropped.
4. The may not be any time conflict among the courses taken at the same time. Courses in two universities located in two different provinces may not be taken on the same day.  Courses in two universities located in the same city may be taken on the same day provided that there is at least one hour for transportation from one course location to the other.  Online courses may be taken without these travel limitations.
5. Senior Project courses may not be taken from other universities.
6. For the courses taught in English at ESOGU, the language of instruction must match. For the the courses taught in Turkish at ESOGU, the language of instruction could be Turkish or English.
7. The student who wnats to take any course from other universities applies the Department Chair.  After the approval by the Department, the application is forwarded to the Dean's office. The Administration Committe makes the final decision. Without such desicision, a student may not take any course from other universities.
8. A student may not take more than three courses in total from other universities during Fall and Spring Semesters throughout his school years.  The courses taken during the summer are not included in this count.
9. For any reason, if a student could not register to the courses that he had obtained the final decision by the Administration Committee, the student must apply to the Dean's office in two weeks to have the decision cancelled.

Application Form  (Sending the course information form indicating the course credit and content and weekly schedule of classes along the application form--in an e-mail--to the department chair would facilitate the process.)
